Delivery and Duties.

Miriam will endeavour to maintain that all orders placed be dispatched the next working day as far as practicable, however this is subject to credit clearance, address verification and item availability. Miriam will contact you if an item is out of stock or there is a delay with the your order or specific items within it.

Miriam will make the following charges for shipping:

United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland: £5.00
European Union: £8.00
Rest of World: £15.00

Miriam endeavours to proceed with an efficient delivery from dispatch. All goods are sent via Royal Mail.
In the event that items become lost in the post, Miriam will wait 15 working days before we offer a replacement of the item where this is available or offer a refund, Miriam will this period is extended to 30 working days for orders outside the European Union and United Kingdom.

Miriam reserves the right to extend this period under conditions beyond its control such as postal strikes or severely adverse weather conditions.

We are not unable to specify a delivery time, nor can you request any special instructions.

If an item is sent to an address which you specified when ordering which turns out to be incorrect, we are not liable if this item does not reach you.

Miriam will not be responsible for any delays incurred whilst items are in transit with Royal Mail.

Any duty and taxes applicable to the destination country are the sole responsibility of the customer.
